Mental Wellness for All
Health and wellbeing is a universal human right. We all deserve to live in a world where our mental health is seen to be as important as our physical health. Today, a person takes their own life every 40 seconds. 1 in 4 of us will experience mental ill health.
Nayara is on its way to cut down the stigma around mental health that is spread in our society. We want to make the society aware that mental health is not limited to the absence of an apparent mental disease. A person who does all the chores of life perfectly can also be depressed or anxious.
Our youth is the one that is most hit by this phenomenon. The young clay like minds which should be shaping the future are depressed because of the regrets of the past. That’s where we want to step in and help young people have free conversations and the solutions to their problems.
